Health and fitness plays a main role in our day to day life . It is necessary for everyone to be mentally and physically fit. Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life. There are many benifits of health and fitness some of them are as follows : 1. Reduces the risk of diseases like diabetes, obesity, etc. 2. Helps in healing the injuries quickly. 3. Increases the lifespan of the person. 4. Decreases stress and anxiety. In sports it is necessary for the person to be mentally and physically fit . There are different things we can do to be fit and healthy like exercise , jogging , outer games specially football , running , gym etc. The best time to do these things is in morning . We also can improve our health and fitness by exercising Daily. Exercise daily for at least an hour , maintain a proper food diet , avoid junk foods , be sure to get sleep , stay motivated and many more . For the sake of our lives we should be mentally and physically fit and healthy .
Fitness is like a relationship . You cant cheat and expect it to work .
